The Garg daughter of Mandi Ahmedgarh obtained her law degree from Bareilly College, Rohilkhand University, in the city of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She got married with great celebration into the Singla family of Sunam. Two children, a daughter and a son, were born.

On 10 October, she started practicing law. The judges and lawyers at the Sunam court gave her great support, and she soon reached the heights of success.
